Billing Policies

1. Monthly payment is due in advance by the 5^th of the month.
2. A Late Fee ($8.00 minimum or 5% of owed amount) will be charged if the bill is not paid in full by the 19^th of the month.
3. After a month, lessons will be discontinued until the bill is paid.
4. Quitting lessons with me—If lessons are cancelled BEFORE the first of the month, there will be no additional charges. If a student drops out of lessons between the second day and last day of the month, untaken lessons will not be refunded or made up.
5. Additional fees: Payment for Syllabus manuals, OMTA Recitals, Syllabus Exams must be paid in advance of ordering materials or entering a student in an event.  Other music will be billed monthly. No Refunds are given on the above regardless of the reason. (Policy of OMTA)

Make up Lessons

1. Illness– when given notification at least 24 hours or as soon as possible, before the Scheduled lesson, a make up will be given.  Lessons will be made up, not credited.
2. Conflict of Schedule—5 day notice required—lesson will be made up, not credited.
3. Out of Town—2 weeks’ notice required in writing before missed lessons. Lessons will be made up, not credited.
